Business Development Specialist

About the role

Oasis Technology develops AI‑powered software for the energy sector, automating field inspections for electricity distribution and solar power. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to bring our live, production‑ready products to the right customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map target markets, including electricity distribution companies, solar asset owners, O&M firms, and EPC contractors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to first meeting, including list building, outreach, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations together with the technical team.
• Lead tender and proposal processes: read specifications, prepare bid files, and handle administrative documentation.
• Represent Oasis Technology at industry events, trade fairs, and association meetings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM and report on pipeline status.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform pricing and positioning.
• Maintain existing accounts and pursue cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• BSc from a four‑year university program in engineering, business administration, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Exceptional ability to explain technical products in non‑technical language.
• Strong written communication skills for proposals, emails, and presentations.
• Proficient command of English.
• Comfortable using MS Office and at least one CRM tool.
