Business Excellence Director

About the role

The Business Excellence Director will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team, supporting data‑driven decision‑making, digital and omnichannel transformation, and shaping a new engagement model across the organization. This senior position drives performance effectiveness, business intelligence, CRM excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Intelligence initiatives across the organization.
• Provide strategic advice to the General Manager and Leadership Team with insights, performance analysis and recommendations.
• Drive segmentation, territory design, incentive systems and commercial effectiveness priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting systems and KPI tracking mechanisms.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement omnichannel, analytics and AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Oversee governance, risk management, compliance and cybersecurity awareness for digital and data operations.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Excellence, Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness or Business Intelligence.
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
