Business Solutions Project Lead / Manager

About the role

Gürok Group is seeking a Business Solutions Project Lead / Manager to drive its digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience, and data management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CRM, CX and Customer 360 platforms, guiding cross‑functional teams and presenting innovative solutions to business units.
• Manage sales, marketing, mobile app, e‑commerce, AI and tourism projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between business units and solution development teams, supporting new customer journeys and experience improvements.
• Collaborate with the Group CTO and directors on customer‑oriented transformation, continuously researching and proposing relevant solutions.
• Monitor project progress, budget compliance, and team deliverables, providing direction and guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Business Administration, Management or Communications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years (preferably 7‑8) of professional experience in project management, solution design, and development within CRM and CX domains.
• Strong knowledge of Customer 360, advanced analytics, cloud technologies and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work closely with sales, marketing and senior leadership.
