Cabin Connectivity Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Akkodis, part of the Adecco Group, is recruiting a Cabin Connectivity Technical Support Specialist to support one of its clients based in Istanbul, Turkey. The role provides first-level technical support for commercial aircraft cabin connectivity systems, acting as a technical advisor without performing maintenance on the aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and troubleshoot cabin connectivity issues reported by airline customers, and determine whether they come from onboard aircraft systems or external service providers.
• Give first-level troubleshooting recommendations to airline engineering and maintenance teams.
• Analyse technical logs, diagnostic reports and system data to support fault investigations.
• Coordinate with customers, equipment manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor fleet connectivity performance and identify recurring technical issues.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical reports and share investigation results with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3 to 10 years of experience supporting commercial aircraft cabin connectivity systems.
• Previous experience in an airline, MRO, aircraft manufacturer or cabin connectivity supplier.
• Practical experience supporting passenger connectivity systems on commercial aircraft; aircraft experience is an advantage.
• In-flight entertainment (IFE) experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Understanding of aircraft cabin connectivity architecture and connectivity-related LRUs and cabin network components.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and interpreting system logs.
• Familiarity with software loading and system recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of passenger Wi-Fi, Live TV and satellite communication systems.
• Ability to distinguish between onboard and offboard connectivity issues.
