Cards Business Development Professional

About the role

TrendPay builds secure, fast and reliable payment infrastructure for millions of users worldwide, and its team designs and manages end-to-end payment solutions. In this role you will drive the strategic growth of the virtual card business, working cross-functionally with product, marketing and data teams to shape and execute the growth roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of the virtual card business by identifying strategic moves and growth levers
• Lead card scheme and processing partnerships for the card business
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and industry analysis
• Identify pain points in current business and product processes and offer actionable solutions
• Collaborate with product, marketing and data teams to co-build and execute growth strategies
• Derive insights from user behaviour, financial data and operational performance
• Contribute to decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development roles
• Passion for fintech and digital products
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
