Central Planning & Optimization Data Analyst

About the role

Trendyol Growth works with Product, Category and Operations teams to align pricing, discount and marketing strategies toward sustainable, scalable growth. As a Central Planning and Optimization Data Analyst, you turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business strategy through planning, optimization and forecasting. You will also build automated dashboards, segment customers and manage stakeholders so your recommendations are understood and acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Design segmentation for many business parties such as customers, sellers, influencers and cargo companies
• Define business rules for each segment and set targets with business owners
• Create and optimize journeys for each segment and feature to meet business KPIs
• Work with the product team to improve onboarding and engagement processes for each segment
• Work with business owners to design and run growth opportunities for each segment
• Automate tracking and communication of features for each segment

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project and product management
• Experience with large volumes of data and simplifying complex data into key insights
• Strong written and verbal English, and good command of G Suite or MS Office

Required skills

• Coding in one or more languages, such as SQL and Python
• Digital analytics visualization tools such as Looker, QlikView or Tableau
