CEO Executive Assistant

About the role

Itameks, a leading European manufacturer of automotive interior floor components, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The role involves coordinating strategic, operational and managerial processes and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination of the company’s strategic, operational and managerial processes, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Attend and follow‑up on management, production, technical, operational and strategic meetings, documenting outcomes, risks and decisions.
• Prepare briefing notes, executive summaries, analyses, reports and presentations for the CEO.
• Monitor progress of strategic projects, investments and corporate priorities led by the CEO.
• Coordinate with executives and departments to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional representation across all CEO Office activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CEO/General Manager office, executive coordination, project management or related functions.
• Strong business perspective with understanding of manufacturing processes and technical terminology.
• Excellent analytical, planning, organization and follow‑up skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
