CFD Business Development Lead for Turkey & MENA Markets

About the role

BingX is seeking a senior professional to lead CFD business development across Turkey and the broader MENA region. The role focuses on driving growth through local sales strategies, partnership acquisition, and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CFD business development in the assigned region by executing localized sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local Introducing Brokers (IBs), Master IBs, agents, and strategic partners to expand client acquisition and funded trading.
• Provide market‑specific business recommendations in collaboration with headquarters and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor regional market dynamics and industry trends to shape incentive mechanisms and regional strategy.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi‑asset brokerage with a solid understanding of the Broker‑LP‑IB‑Client model.
• Strong local market knowledge in Turkey/MENA, including established relationships with clients, channels, and the IB ecosystem.
• Track record of acquiring and managing IBs and professional clients, with strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Native‑level proficiency in the local language and English for cross‑regional communication.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of CFD products (Forex, metals, indices, commodities, crypto CFD, etc.).
• Experience with copy‑trading, PAMM, MAM, or EA products is preferred.
