Channel Marketing Intern - Turkey

About the role

Microsoft is looking for a Channel Marketing Intern to join its International & Emerging Markets (IEM) team in Turkey. You will support the team in building full-funnel marketing plans, creative campaigns and marketing experiences with Essential Device Retailers (EDR) and distribution partners, working alongside marketing and channel sales teams to activate an omnichannel strategy and build partner capability. The position is open for a minimum of 5 days.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a partner planning framework and marketing calendar for EDR and distribution partners, aligned with product campaigns and seasonal priorities.
• Build full-funnel, omnichannel marketing plans with partners to drive sell-through and maximise ROI over short, medium and long terms.
• Run partner-specific campaigns using global creative assets, with a focus on digital, mobile-first and social commerce.
• Improve in-store and online conversion through connected experiences, shop-in-shop programmes and retail demo platforms.
• Foster retail seller advocacy through training, evangelism and community engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency through optimised search, discoverability and collaboration with content creators and agencies.
• Track campaign performance, secure partner reporting and turn data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field; students must have at least one quarter or semester remaining after the internship.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorised to work in Turkey.

Preferred qualifications

• Digital marketing, growth marketing, retail, channel marketing or consumer technology marketing experience.
• MBA degree.
• Understanding of the digital and physical buying journey (omnichannel).
