Channel Partner Business Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with partners, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs, and driving sales growth in collaboration with Category and End User Sales Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the expert for partners on complex product, service, promotion, and configuration information (Print, Supplies, Peripherals, Services).
• Develop and maintain account plans to promote sales growth while adhering to legal procedures.
• Build strategic relationships with partners to ensure long‑term business opportunities.
• Transform leads into joint sales activities, manage the deal funnel, and achieve or exceed quotas.
• Collaborate with partners to customize solutions that address specific customer requirements.
• Recruit new partners and provide risk assessment and business rationale for investments.
• Provide strategic guidance to partner business managers and end‑user sales teams regarding partner capabilities and market positioning.
• Mentor junior team members and share insights to support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field; consumer and retail experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and a valid driving license.
