Cinematic AI Video Creator (Generative AI, DTC Ads)

About the role

A partner company is hiring a Cinematic AI Video Creator based in Turkey for a fully remote freelance role. You will turn creative briefs into premium, cinematic video advertisements for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, using generative AI tools. The work covers concept, AI-generated footage, sound design, editing and final delivery, and involves brands such as handcrafted art, home décor and jewelry. It is open to experienced AI video creators who combine technical expertise with a clear understanding of performance-driven advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Create cinematic video ads with advanced generative AI tools that match brand identity and campaign goals
• Turn creative briefs into finished assets, from scene development to editing, sound design, enhancement and export
• Produce video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other paid channels, adapted to each platform's needs
• Develop visual concepts and generate keyframes and scenes with image-generation tools
• Edit and finish video with professional software, and add AI voiceovers, music and sound effects
• Test and iterate creative hooks, formats and pacing based on campaign performance
• Review final deliverables for quality and consistency, and stay up to date with new AI video tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback

Required profile

• Expert-level AI video generation, able to produce professional advertising content
• Strong creative portfolio of cinematic AI videos, commercials or product ads
• Ability to tell stories, write strong opening hooks and keep short-form content engaging
• Attention to detail and adaptability, with independent project management and communication skills
• Nice to have: paid social experience for e-commerce brands, knowledge of performance marketing, and experience adapting assets to different aspect ratios and placements

• AI video tools such as Higgsfield Cinema Studio, Google Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Luma, Hailuo/MiniMax, Seedance
• Image generation and editing such as Nano Banana, Flux
• Video editing and finishing with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut and Topaz
• AI audio with ElevenLabs and Suno

What we offer

• Hourly pay of US$25 to US$50 depending on experience
• 100% remote work with flexible hours and a part-time commitment of about 20 hours or more per week
• Freelance engagement under an initial 12-month contract, with employee discounts and creative freedom
