CIP Marketing Assistant Manager / Marketing Chief

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing marketing professional to join our Commercial team and lead the brand development, market positioning, and commercial growth of our premium passenger services (CIP). The role combines relationship building with strong analytical discipline to turn data into actionable insights and compelling marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the positioning, awareness and commercial performance of CIP services.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales channels, revenue performance, campaign results, market trends and seasonal demand patterns.
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations, presentations and business storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation and brand positioning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, commercial planning, business development, sales or related functions.
• Experience in hospitality, travel agency, OTA, aviation or premium services sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, customer, campaign and market data.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
• Confident, proactive, commercially minded and solution‑focused with strong stakeholder management abilities.
