Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join our Celine boutique at İstinye Park. You will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele and representing the world‑class luxury fashion experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to customers in line with the principle of Unconditional Customer Happiness.
• Inform shoppers about current services, campaigns and exclusive offers.
• Achieve sales targets by delivering high‑quality assistance and product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations through teamwork and adaptability.
• Maintain a professional personal image that reflects the brand’s standards.

Required profile

• High school graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong command of English and either Arabic or Russian (B1‑C2 level).
• Excellent communication, customer‑focused and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Team‑player, energetic, positive and courteous.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic or Russian.
