Client Executive Manager – Assistant Vice President, Services FI Sales (1‑year contract)

About the role

The Client Executive Manager – Services FI Sales in Turkey is a one‑year temporary position reporting to senior sales leadership. The role focuses on expanding revenue through cross‑sell opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of Citi products.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with a portfolio of clients to understand their needs and support delivery of Citi products.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, and Implementation teams to drive revenue expansion and monitor deal performance.
• Identify and coordinate new cross‑sell opportunities and act as client advocate across Citi’s global network.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements for new business and coordinate with Operations and Legal.
• Prepare monthly revenue analysis, forecasts and MIS reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of client‑focused experience in banking, cash management or trade operations.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to work with global partners and manage complex deliverables.
• High energy, initiative and strong time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance processes.
• Experience with revenue analysis and financial reporting.
