Client Marketing Manager

About the role

The Client Marketing Manager will lead the client marketing strategy for Chanel boutiques in Turkey, working closely with multiple boutique teams and the European Fashion Marketing team to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement client engagement and development strategies for each boutique, setting quantitative objectives.
• Deploy and monitor strategic client data tools (e.g., Pioneer, Carat) and ensure adoption across boutiques.
• Manage client experience services, monitor satisfaction indicators, and drive service excellence in partnership with operations and learning teams.
• Lead boutique event planning, top‑client strategies, and budgeting, measuring impact and sustainability.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the client database, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy guidelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Fashion or related field.
• 5+ years of client marketing experience in luxury fashion, with a proven track record in a regional or global role.
• Strong analytical abilities, comfortable using data insights to support business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in Turkish and English; French is a plus.
