Client Partner Executive – Records Creative Team

About the role

The Client Partner Executive joins the GWR MENA & Türkiye Consultancy team to support clients—including individuals, organisations, governments and nonprofits—in achieving their record‑breaking ambitions. The role focuses on Turkey and the Levant region, collaborating closely with the consultancy and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion, delivering tailored record ideas that align with client goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, produce Records Creative Reports and Decks within 2‑3 business days, and ensure client materials highlight the value of partnering with GWR.
• Assess record enquiries, verify documentation, and coordinate adjudicator bookings for events.
• Collect client feedback, contribute to guideline development, and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Work with vendors to process and ship certificates to record holders.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in account management or client‑facing roles.
• Strong client‑centric focus, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.
• Understanding of service level agreements and customer‑service best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written).
