Client Partner – Financial Services (Payments)

About the role

OBSS is seeking a senior professional to act as a trusted strategic partner for key accounts in the Payments sector of the Financial Services industry. The role drives profitable growth, shapes innovative solutions, and influences client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with client executives and top management in Payments.
• Lead business development, negotiate and sell deals aligned with client expectations and OBSS ambitions.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and provide strategic direction for all Payments‑related aspects.
• Identify gaps in the Payments landscape and propose innovative solutions for new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of managerial experience with a strong background in Payments.
• Proven track record in managing productivity‑driven operations within the Payments sector.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
