Client Services Representative

About the role

The Client Services Representative will act as the primary point of contact for IQVIA's healthcare clients in Istanbul, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill contract specifications and ad‑hoc client requests to drive satisfaction.
• Support clients day‑to‑day, often focusing on specific products or services.
• Verify that deliverables meet customer specifications, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Partner with account managers to expand usage of IQVIA deliverables.
• Maintain internal communication with sales and service teams regarding client activities.
• Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
• Research and analyze client needs within specific therapeutic markets.
• Provide product, service, and process training to clients and colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Math, Pharmacy, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical, project‑management, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and IQVIA offices as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SQL and Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
