Clinical Research Associate I – Hybrid in Istanbul

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate I to support real‑world late‑phase studies in Turkey. The role involves remote and on‑site monitoring of trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, either on‑site or remotely.
• Review source documents and case report forms to verify accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
• Apply risk‑based monitoring techniques and data analytics to identify trends and potential issues.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and compliance with labeling and storage requirements.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports, and logs, and support site recruitment and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
