Clinical Research Associate II

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join our global team and support clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas. This hybrid position in Ankara involves direct communication with investigators, ensuring subject safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and report all types of monitoring visits, including Phase II/III studies.
• Maintain relationships with clinical sites, investigators, vendors, and support services.
• Handle, account for, and reconcile investigational product(s) and trial supplies at sites.
• Deliver training to investigators, site staff, and project teams.
• Support site identification, feasibility research, and regulatory document procurement.
• Prepare presentations for Investigator Meetings and maintain study‑specific tracking systems.
• Assist with company audits and resolve audit findings.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education and experience.
• 2‑3 years of independent on‑site monitoring experience, including Phase II/III visits.
• Native Turkish speaker with full working proficiency in English (B2).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience handling and reconciling investigational product(s) and trial supplies.
