Clinical Research Manager

About the role

BeOne is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to lead its Clinical Monitoring team, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs across oncology trials. The role combines line‑management responsibilities with hands‑on oversight of monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and balance CRA resources to meet study deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Monitor performance and quality indicators, addressing gaps in line with ICH‑GCP and SOPs.
• Strengthen site relationships and support milestone delivery in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct assessment and accompanied visits to evaluate CRA competency and develop corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, task assignment, performance evaluations, and mentorship for the CRA team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech, with at least 2 years of people or project management.
• Strong understanding of drug development, international standards (ICH‑GCP), and health‑authority requirements.
• Fluent written and verbal English; experience in oncology is highly recommended.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• In‑depth knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and clinical trial monitoring processes.
