Cluster Lead (Middle East, Africa, Turkey)

About the role

Pfizer's Global Hospital & Biosimilars (GH&B) business is looking for a Cluster Lead for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. The role carries full P&L responsibility for a roughly $300M commercial business across several markets, and involves building a new cluster operating model from the ground up. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L across the cluster markets, set strategic direction and allocate resources and portfolio investments based on growth potential, competition and maturity
• Represent the cluster in global planning cycles (OP/LE, QBRs, strategic reviews)
• Set commercial direction for in-market assets, ensure contract excellence and pricing discipline, and shape field force effectiveness and customer engagement standards
• Navigate public tender processes, private hospital negotiations and retail/distribution channels, and drive demand generation and account-level engagement
• Manage CSO/distribution partnerships and SLA governance (scope, KPIs, transition triggers)
• Serve as the face of Pfizer GH&B to governments, regulators, distribution partners, KOLs and industry bodies, and coordinate with global functions such as Medical, Regulatory and Supply
• Lead colleagues across markets, including regional Portfolio Management and Marketing Leads, in a matrix organisation
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working, use AI dashboards for performance visibility and pursue automation and digital transformation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of commercial experience in healthcare/pharma, including P&L management and multi-market leadership
• Significant experience in biosimilars, generics or established brands
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French or Turkish is an asset
• Experience leading teams through change and building commercial capabilities in scaling organisations
• Preferred: Master's degree, leadership experience in the region, transformation experience, cross-functional team leadership and negotiation skills
