Coffee & Cocktail Bar Professional – Fine Dining at Istanbul Airport

About the role

DO & CO is launching a fine‑dining restaurant at Istanbul Airport and seeks Coffee & Cocktail Bar Professionals to join the team. You will be responsible for preparing cocktails, mixed drinks and hot beverages while delivering expert advice and service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of cocktails and mixed drinks to high standards.
• Prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea.
• Provide expert advice on the menu and recommend drinks to guests.
• Deliver attentive, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Required profile

• Minimum associate degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in fine‑dining restaurant service.
• Positive, energetic team player with a well‑groomed, service‑oriented appearance.
• Motivated to work in hospitality and able to adapt to a double‑shift schedule.
• Capable of handling high guest traffic and demonstrating operational agility.
