Commercial Buyer

About the role

As a Commercial Buyer at Bosch Group, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and driving procurement performance for a defined set of suppliers. You will play a key role in negotiating contracts, ensuring quality, and supporting the category strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships for assigned suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and conduct annual price negotiations.
• Perform supplier risk management, both preventive and reactive.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Quality and Logistics teams on quality and capacity matters.
• Handle supplier escalations related to delivery or quality according to the escalation model.
• Contribute inputs to the development and implementation of the category strategy.
• Maintain purchasing data in ERP systems and lead RFQ processes when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self‑organized, responsible work style.
• Ability to work in an international environment with good English communication skills.
• Confident personality to promote ideas across interfaces.
