Commercial Insurances Business Development Manager

About the role

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Commercial Lines portfolio across Turkey. The role combines market development, relationship management and strategic collaboration with underwriting and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities to increase market share in commercial insurance.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key brokers, agents and bancassurance partners while supporting new business generation.
• Coordinate quote and policy requests, facilitating collaboration between sales, underwriting and other functions for large‑scale opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and channel feedback to shape product propositions and drive profitable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in non‑life insurance, including underwriting, risk engineering, actuarial, product or portfolio management.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results.
• Advanced level of English and willingness to travel across Turkey.
