Communications and Administration Officer

About the role

The Communications and Administration Officer will support the Korean National Red Cross (KNRC) Delegation in Turkey, working closely with the Turkish Red Crescent (TRC) and other partners to ensure effective coordination of humanitarian projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination, liaison, monitoring and reporting for IFRC‑funded projects.
• Manage donor visibility activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Deliver administrative support for project implementation, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Facilitate communication between the KNRC Delegation, TRC, ERC, embassies and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, progress reports and public communications.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, administration or project coordination within humanitarian or non‑profit settings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with multiple partners.
• Familiarity with donor reporting and visibility requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
