Communications Manager, Corporate

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to shape and elevate corporate communications for its leaders and SMEs across multiple global locations. The role focuses on executive positioning, thought leadership, and reputation stewardship for Tetra Laval.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy, including long‑term narratives and thought‑leadership pillars.
• Manage an executive editorial calendar and drive visibility through LinkedIn, speaking engagements and high‑profile appearances.
• Chair the ELT Editorial Board and lead a global Speakers’ Bureau to align speaking opportunities with PR strategy.
• Lead Tetra Laval’s PR, issues and crisis management, brand communication, annual report coordination and donation programmes.

Required profile

• 13–15 years of progressive experience in corporate, executive or strategic communications.
• Proven track record advising senior executives and handling high‑stakes issues and crisis situations.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organisations with complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
