Community Ambassador

About the role

SocioLoc is looking for a full‑time Community Ambassador to join its hybrid team in Istanbul. You will be the face of the brand, helping users discover and enjoy local events while building a vibrant, safe community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant physical and digital events and partner with organizers.
• Represent SocioLoc at on‑site and online activities, engaging directly with users.
• Moderate community interactions, collect feedback, and share insights with product and marketing teams.
• Create and manage community initiatives, support user onboarding, and coordinate communication across social platforms and in‑app channels.

Required profile

• Strong community‑building and engagement abilities, able to connect with diverse user groups.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Experience planning or supporting physical or digital events.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social platforms, quick to learn new applications.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Prior experience in community management, social media, events, or startup environments is a plus.
• Interest in urban lifestyle, social discovery, and creating safe, enjoyable experiences.
