Community Intern - FPS Games

About the role

A game studio that makes games popular on iOS and Android is looking for a Community Intern for a 2-month internship in Istanbul. The role is on-site, 5 days a week from the office in Levent, and suits people who love midcore games and the FPS genre. Candidates are encouraged to play the studio's games before applying.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with players on Discord, Reddit, Facebook and Instagram, keeping the community positive and welcoming
• Listen to players, understand their concerns and turn feedback into clear, actionable reports
• Work with QA and Product teams to identify, track and resolve issues
• Create timely, relevant content for social media and maintain a structured content calendar
• Use AI tools in daily work to create content, analyse feedback, organise information and improve efficiency

Required profile

• Strong passion for FPS games and a good grasp of their mechanics, culture and player mindset
• Proactive, with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced teams

Required skills

• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication
