About the role
We are seeking a community‑focused Marketing Specialist to lead engagement and player relations for our gaming audience. In this position you will build, nurture, and grow our player base across Discord and major social platforms, ensuring a vibrant and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Moderate and expand our Discord community, handling day‑to‑day interactions and conflict resolution.
- Engage with players on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and run community events and tournaments.
- Collect player feedback and communicate insights to product and development teams.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of gaming communities.
- Professional and positive brand representation.
- Empathy and patience when addressing player concerns.
Required skills
- Discord server management.
- Use of moderation tools on Discord.
