Community Specialist - FPS Games

About the role

A game studio that makes games popular on iOS and Android is looking for a Community Specialist to join its team in Istanbul. This is an on-site position, working five days a week from the office in Levent. The company cares about candidates' passion for midcore games and the FPS genre and encourages applicants to play its games thoroughly before applying.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with players on Discord, Reddit, Facebook and Instagram, keeping the community positive and welcoming
• Listen to players, understand their concerns and turn feedback into clear, actionable reports
• Work with QA and Product teams to identify, track and resolve issues
• Create timely, relevant content for social media and maintain a well-structured content calendar
• Use AI tools in daily work to create content, analyse feedback, organise information and improve efficiency

Required profile

• Deep passion for FPS games and a strong grasp of their mechanics, culture and player mindset
• Proactive, with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced teams, with curiosity and a drive to improve

Required skills

• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
