Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst will support OKX's Legal & Compliance Operations in Turkey, focusing on AML, transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and suspicious transaction reporting. This is an early‑career opportunity in a fast‑paced fintech and crypto environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding individual and corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with Turkish Law No. 5549 and related regulations.
• Generate and maintain suspicious transaction reports and coordinate with MASAK.
• Monitor national and international sanction lists, PEP databases, and legal gazettes for compliance.
• Support risk control processes, documentation, and preparation for regulatory audits.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably in finance, fintech, or crypto.
• Familiarity with Turkish AML regulations, MASAK and SPK requirements, and ability to quickly learn regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
