Consultant – Client Growth and Relationship Management

About the role

The Consultant partners with strategic clients to drive business growth through a consultative approach, delivering actionable insights and strengthening relationships. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic client growth plans aligned with business priorities and drive execution against agreed objectives.
• Monitor client feedback, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and continuously enhance the client experience.
• Manage client relationships, collaborate with Analytics, Insights, and Customer Service teams to deliver high‑quality recommendations.
• Lead issue escalation processes, own the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Partner with Commercial teams to reflect client requirements in account plans and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 8 years of experience in client servicing, market research, consulting, consumer insights or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing challenges and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership managing strategic clients, projects or cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Turkish.
