Consultant Sales Manager – Applied HVAC Products

About the role

The Consultant Sales Manager will drive specification of Johnson Controls’ applied HVAC solutions with MEP consultants, developers and contractors across Turkey, focusing on major projects in Istanbul and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and position chillers, air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs) in commercial, industrial and mixed‑use developments.
• Conduct technical presentations, product trainings and seminars for consultants, end‑users and industry partners.
• Develop long‑term relationships with consultants and contractors, supporting value engineering and basis‑of‑design activities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, manufacturing and product management teams to secure project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in the applied HVAC field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors and end users.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of chillers, chilled‑water systems and air‑side equipment.
• Experience with AHUs and FCUs.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and trainings.
