Content, Design & Video Production Specialist

About the role

Cerebrovita is looking for a Content, Design & Video Production Specialist to join it at an exciting stage of growth. You will take ownership, work directly with leadership and make a tangible impact on the business. The role suits someone who is proactive, enjoys solving problems and likes making things happen rather than following instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital content and visual materials for social media, websites and marketing channels.
• Handle design needs, including social media creatives, presentations, brochures and campaign materials.
• Plan, film and edit videos for social media, YouTube and websites, including physician interviews and educational content.
• Develop content for CerebroVita, BilişselRehber and Docmenti, adapted to different audiences and platforms.
• Plan social media calendars and manage content scheduling, publishing and day-to-day account activity.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual communication across platforms.
• Track content performance and social media trends to improve engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, video production or social media management.
• A portfolio showing design, content creation and video production skills.
• Experience with social media planning, scheduling and publishing on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling and audience engagement.
• Strong creativity, communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation or filming is a plus.
