Content Operation Specialist

About the role

The Content Operations Specialist ensures the smooth preparation, control, and management of daily live sports content. You will monitor live broadcasts, define video in‑out points, and create VOD assets for cloud upload.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live sports events in real time and set video in‑out points.
• Create and upload VOD content to the cloud after each match.
• Enter and manage metadata for sports events, adding details when required.
• Identify and resolve system errors, performing manual interventions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CMS platforms and ensure quality of content.

Required profile

• University or college graduate.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, night, and noon schedules).
• Passion for sports events such as football and tennis.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and initiative.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with good time management.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for content entry and editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of OTT platforms is preferred.
