Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment engagements for a partner company. This remote, independent‑contractor position allows you to manage searches from intake through placement across a variety of professional specialties and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake discussions, define role requirements, and develop tailored search strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, presenting evidence‑based summaries to clients.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer communications while maintaining candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit or the designated ATS and monitor pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Proven ability to manage several searches simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a consultative, detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or Recruiter Lite) for targeted sourcing and outreach.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or Workday Recruiting.
• Proficiency in building and managing talent pipelines and using sourcing platforms effectively.
