Controlling & FP&A Team Leader

About the role

Kordsa is looking for a Controlling & FP&A Team Leader to strengthen its Global Finance Team. You will lead and coordinate controlling and FP&A activities for sites, act as a strategic Finance Business Partner and support the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Controlling and FP&A activities for sites, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Manage, coach and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to site management and senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities and give actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and ensure timely performance reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing with accounting teams.
• Perform variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and HR.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-site and/or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Microsoft Excel.
