Corporate Communications Executive

About the role

The Corporate Communications Executive will join the Group Office Communications team to implement the corporate communication strategy and protect the company’s reputation across the organization. This role works closely with country Corporate Affairs and Sustainability teams, delivering internal and external communication tools to engage stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to annual communication plans supporting reputation management across all geographies.
• Develop and manage internal and external communication platforms, coordinating group communications within PACS teams.
• Define communication strategies and prepare messaging during crisis situations, ensuring compliance with the crisis management framework.
• Prepare corporate communication materials, organize press events, media engagements, sponsorships, and conferences.
• Collaborate with PR, internal, and social media agencies, as well as cross‑functional teams to create content that supports business objectives.
• Support leadership with talking points, messages, and executive communications.
• Enforce branding standards and visual identity guidelines across countries.
• Plan and deliver corporate events aligned with brand and communication goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Political Science, International/Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong writing ability for press releases, articles, and other corporate content.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence delivering key messages to internal and external audiences.
• Proactive sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
