Corporate Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Executive to join Rönesans Holding in Istanbul. The role is ideal for a communication professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of projects, and delivers high‑impact results across a broad range of communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and PR strategies for Rönesans and its group companies in Turkey and international markets.
• Prepare and activate crisis communication plans when required.
• Manage media relations, press releases, corporate announcements and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Lead corporate social responsibility and sustainability communication projects.
• Support executive and leadership communication, including spokesperson processes.
• Plan and execute internal communication programmes, corporate events and employee‑engagement activities.
• Coordinate relationships with communication agencies and external partners.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that strengthen the company’s brand and stakeholder trust.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, consultancy, public relations or brand communications.
• Proven track record in leadership communication, media relations, social media management, internal communication and sustainability communications.
• Experience handling communication projects and crisis management in multinational environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
