Corporate & Digital Communication Manager

About the role

ColendiBank, Turkey’s first AI‑powered digital native universal deposit bank, is looking for an experienced Corporate & Digital Communication Manager. You will be responsible for strengthening the bank’s corporate reputation, enhancing brand visibility, and overseeing all communication activities in line with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee corporate communication strategies.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, statements, interviews, and PR materials.
• Lead the digital communication agenda: social media management, website content, and digital asset governance.
• Support branding and campaign communication for digital banking products and services.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent crisis and incident communication across stakeholders.
• Drive internal communication initiatives and employer branding to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies, partners, and internal departments.
• Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership on reputation management.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or digital communications, preferably within banking, financial services, or technology.
• Proven expertise in media relations, digital channels, content development, and corporate reputation management.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and handling sensitive stakeholder messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience managing agencies and executing communication campaigns.
