Corporate Event Manager

About the role

Craft Events is seeking an experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead corporate event projects in Istanbul. You will own the full event lifecycle, from concept development to post‑event evaluation, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple event projects from brief to delivery and post‑event reporting.
• Develop event concepts, project plans, budgets and timelines aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive expectation management.
• Source and coordinate venues, suppliers and production partners, including proposal evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and report financial implications of scope changes to senior management.
• Oversee event logistics, production schedules and on‑site operations, coordinating with colleagues and external partners.
• Identify risks, prepare contingency plans and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure all event elements meet client brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in corporate event management, preferably within an agency.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and logistics coordination.
• Experience managing client relationships and suppliers, including contract negotiation.
• Fluent written and spoken English for communication with international clients and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work evenings/weekends as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event registration platforms.
• Basic knowledge of audiovisual requirements and production processes.
