Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will lead the Corporate Finance team, overseeing IPOs, debt issuances, sukuk, and M&A projects while developing new business opportunities for Kuveyt Türk Investment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate IPOs, debt instrument and sukuk issuances, including pricing, sizing and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review prospectuses, issuance certificates, pricing reports and related documentation.
• Identify and develop corporate client relationships, conduct meetings, presentations and promotional activities.
• Coordinate consortium activities and liaise with CMB, BIST, MKK, Takasbank and other authorities.
• Develop and execute M&A projects, from target identification to transaction management.
• Monitor capital market developments, evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to new product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking or corporate finance.
• Holder of a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License (SPK Düzey 3).
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Capital Markets Board regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
