Cosmetics Department Supervisor

About the role

Beymen Beauty, part of the Beymen Group, is looking for a creative, passionate and principled Supervisor to lead its Cosmetics Department. The role suits someone who wants to advance their career in luxury retail and who takes pride in social responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to achieve store targets and implement and manage efforts to increase sales
• Train, develop and guide team members, including the "My Career Journey Begins at Beymen" training and coaching for new hires
• Control the in-store layout and visuals, keeping aisles and showcases organised and complete
• Supervise operations such as sales, inventory management, returns and customer requests, making sure they are handled on time and fully

Required profile

• High school graduate
• At least 4 years of experience in the cosmetics sector
• Good command of English, Arabic or Russian (mandatory)
• Strong management skills, able to motivate the team, and strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented approach, prioritising customer satisfaction
• Personal image awareness

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of store procedures and operational processes
