Cost Accounting Specialist

About the role

Döhler Türkiye is seeking a Cost Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Istanbul. You will play a key role in month‑end closing, budgeting, and cost analysis to support the company's production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end closing activities and financial reports in line with company standards.
• Support the planning and preparation of the annual budget.
• Analyse budget variances by comparing actual results with forecasts.
• Calculate, compare and analyse standard versus actual production costs.
• Participate in cost‑related process improvement projects.
• Coordinate additional reporting tasks as needed.
• Prepare auditor‑required reports and compile Annual IFA (SMM) tables for certification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial affairs or accounting within a production environment.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
