Cost Analyst

About the role

As a Cost Analyst at Avery Dennison, you will evaluate financial data, operational costs, and product profitability to support key business decisions. The role is hybrid and based in Saray, Turkey, working closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to assess operational efficiency.
• Monitor standard versus actual production costs and identify key cost drivers across manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on lean sigma initiatives and cost‑optimization projects.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for management decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group financial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Analyst or Financial Analyst in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
