Cost Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Cost Controller will support property‑wide financial strategies, ensuring products and services meet brand expectations while maximizing return on investment. This full‑time position provides the financial expertise needed to implement brand initiatives and drive profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare annual budget plans, forecast sales versus expenses, and monitor actual performance against projections.
• Identify profit‑improvement opportunities, estimate costs and benefits, and explore new business avenues.
• Conduct wage variance analysis to enhance budget efficiency.
• Lead accounting teams, communicate goals clearly, and hold staff accountable for performance.
• Produce timely financial reports, ensure accurate profit‑and‑loss documentation, and address audit findings.
• Monitor tax obligations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and oversee internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain accurate P&L statements by matching costs to revenue.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and practically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to sound financial decision‑making.
