Creative Designer – AI-Powered Visual & Video Content

About the role

Sigma Group is seeking a Creative Designer to produce high-quality visual and video content for its digital platforms, social media channels and brand assets. The role combines strong visual design expertise with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creativity and improve output.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional and visually strong content for social media and digital communication channels.
• Design posts, carousels, banners, ads, campaign visuals, and other brand materials.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
• Use AI tools for idea generation, image creation, video production, content enhancement, and workflow improvement.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product announcements, employer branding, and corporate communication.
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and brand identities while ensuring brand guideline compliance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, management, sales, product, and business teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design, social media, AI content trends and emerging creative technologies.
• Organize design files, templates, creative assets and reusable content materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in creative design, social media design, digital content creation, video editing or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media visuals, videos, reels, campaign creatives, digital ads and brand materials.
• Proven experience using AI tools in the creative process and ability to present AI‑enhanced projects.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
