Creative Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) - Izmir

About the role

HubX, a Turkish app studio that has grown apps to over 600 million users across 6 continents, is looking for a part-time Creative Marketing Specialist for its TapSuite studio. TapSuite builds, publishes and owns utility apps such as Scannero, CleanX, Lean, NoteAI and AI Detector. The studio operates within HubX's model of seven independent studios, each with full end-to-end ownership.

Required profile

• High screen time on TikTok and Instagram, treating it as market research.
• A creative mind that turns trends, conversations, memes and everyday moments into ideas people want to watch.
• Curious about why some ads work and others don't, and willing to dig into the numbers.
• Good at writing hooks, telling stories and getting to the point quickly; stopping the scroll is a bonus.
• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented, comfortable figuring things out without knowing everything.
• Comfortable communicating in English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: familiarity with TikTok, Reels, UGC and memes; hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Ads Library, creative metrics or A/B testing; understanding of mobile apps or performance marketing; willingness to appear on camera; experience making content through an internship, side project, freelance gig or personal social account.
