Creative Project Coordinator – Advisors Creative Desk

About the role

The Advisors Creative Desk at Mastercard is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing and communication campaigns. You will work closely with account leads, business areas and technical teams to ensure on‑brand, high‑quality content is produced on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client briefs, budgets and timelines.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of content and design across all media, adhering to industry best practices and brand guidelines.
• Manage campaign resources, vendor relationships, statements of work and purchase orders.
• Monitor traffic processes, propose improvements, and report on visitor data and user experience with support from analysts.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and support the Creative Desk lead with business reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and people‑management abilities with a passion for BTL communications, web and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple project deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in traffic management, resource planning and vendor coordination.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with copy‑writing skills considered a plus.
